Shipping policy

Timeframe

Orders are packaged and dispatched by me, usually within 1-3 business days but it can take 2-5 days during busy periods (i.e. immediately after the launch of a new design). Thank you for your patience!

UK orders are usually delivered within 1-2 business days. 

EU and international orders are typically delivered within 1-3 weeks, though please allow for up to one month in case of delays on either end of the shipping process.

Orders are NOT sent with tracked shipping as a default. This is an optional add-on that you can choose at the checkout.

The buyer is responsible for any import duty/fees. 

I have no control over postal delays.

Packaging

I use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible such as cardboard mailers and glassine envelopes. These are recyclable.
