Shipping policy

We are a small business based in Scotland who ship worldwide. Our customers overseas are often pleasantly surprised by how quickly their orders arrive. 

Dispatch Time

Please allow 3 - 5 days for your order to be packed and dispatched. If you need an order to be dispatched more urgently, please contact us and Rory will do his best to accommodate you. We are lucky to have a Post Office within a 5 minute walk of our home so even if it's near the end of the day, we may be able to help! 

Packaging

Orders are packaged using sustainable materials wherever possible. In the case of fragile items, we collect bubble wrap from friends, family & neighbours to reuse. Sustainability and reducing plastic waste are important to us in our personal home life and so it is naturally something we practice in our home studio! Keilidh put a lot of time and research into this and believes she has chosen the most environmentally friendly options - we warmly welcome feedback and suggestions if you know of better alternatives. 

Delays & Lost Items

We find it is exceedingly rare for items to be truly lost in the mail and can count the times that this has happened over 3 years on one hand. What is more common is delays, particularly with orders to Canada and Australia. 

We accept responsibility for items in transit but can not consider an item to be lost until the following timeframe has passed since the due delivery date, at which point we will gladly issue a refund or send a replacement according to your preferences:

UK Orders: 10 working days

European Orders: 20 working days

International Orders: 25 working days

Please contact us if you are concerned that an item may be lost in the post. 

"Where is the tracking number?"

If you didn't pay for tracked shipping then you don't have tracked shipping. If you did and should have had a tracking number, please contact us. Please be assured that most of my orders are sent by standard mail and we have found the service to be extremely reliable.
